Navigate to Campaigns → Create Campaign, enter your campaign details, select target leads, compose your email, and send. Make sure to configure your SMTP settings first in Settings.
Check your SMTP configuration in Settings → Email Configuration. Ensure your credentials are correct and the queue worker is running. For Gmail, use an app password instead of your regular password.
Go to Leads → Import, download the sample template, fill in your data following the format, upload the CSV file, and review the import before confirming. Make sure all required fields are filled.
Yes! CRM Pro automatically tracks email opens, clicks, and engagement. View detailed analytics in the Reports section to see open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
Admins can manage user roles and permissions in the Admin dashboard. Sales users can only see their own campaigns and leads, while admins have access to all team data.
Currently, we support CSV files for lead import. Download our sample template to ensure proper formatting. We're working on adding Excel (.xlsx) support in future updates.
